Delivery Prep – Getting Ready for Your Rental
To ensure a smooth and safe setup, please prepare the area before our arrival by following these guidelines:

Clear the Setup Area – Make sure the space where your rental will be placed is free of debris, pet waste, branches, and rocks. This helps protect our equipment and ensures a safe experience.

Check for Overhead Obstacles – Look for any low-hanging branches, power lines, or other obstructions that could interfere with inflatables or tents.

Clear the Pathway – The route from the road to the setup area should be free of obstacles. If there are stairs, gates, or narrow pathways, please let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
Are your units clean?

Absolutely! We take cleanliness and sanitation very seriously. After every rental, our inflatables and equipment go through a thorough cleaning and disinfecting process to ensure they are fresh and safe for your event.

- Each unit is deep cleaned and sanitized after every use.
- We use kid-safe, non-toxic disinfectants to eliminate germs and bacteria.
- Before setup, our team does a final inspection to ensure everything is spotless and ready to go.

Can I Use Water on the Inflatables?
๐ซ No Water on Dry Units!
Our dry inflatables are designed for bounce-only fun and cannot be used with water. Adding water to a dry unit can create safety hazards and cause damage.
๐ฆ Water Use on Water Units
For water slides and water inflatables, you can use a hose to keep the fun flowing! Please make sure:
โ๏ธ Your hose can reach the setup location before the event.
โ๏ธ The water supply is easily accessible.
โ๏ธ Water is turned off when not in use to avoid unnecessary mess.

Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
While grass is the preferred and safest surface for setting up inflatables, we can also set up on other surfaces like:

Concrete (Must be clean & clear of debris)

Asphalt (Requires sandbags for anchoring)

Turf (Artificial or natural)
๐ซ We CANNOT set up on:
- Gravel or rocky surfaces
- Dirt or mud
- Uneven or sloped ground

Weather Information ๐ง๏ธโ๏ธ๐ฉ๏ธ
1. What happens if bad weather is expected on my event day?
Safety is our top priority! If bad weather is forecasted, we will closely monitor conditions and contact you to discuss options. If wind speeds exceed 15 mph, we cannot set up inflatables due to safety risks. We will work with you to reschedule or provide a rain check for future use.
2. Can you set up in light rain?
Yes! Most of our equipment can still be used in light rain. However, if heavy rain, thunderstorms, or high winds (over 15 mph) are expected, we may need to delay or cancel the setup for safety reasons.
3. What if bad weather happens after setup?
If unexpected severe weather (high winds, heavy rain, thunder, lightning) occurs after setup, immediately stop using the inflatable and evacuate all participants. Turn off the blower and allow the unit to deflate safely. Once the weather clears, you can resume use if conditions are safe.
4. Do you offer refunds for weather cancellations?
We do not offer refunds due to weather-related cancellations. However, we will gladly provide a rain check so you can reschedule for another available date.
5. How do I reschedule if bad weather cancels my event?
If your event is canceled due to weather, we will work with you to find a new date. Rain checks are valid for up to ~12 months from your original booking date.

Foam Party FAQs
Is the Foam Safe?๐ซง

Yes! Our foam is professional-grade, biodegradable, and non-toxic, making it completely safe for people, pets, and plants. It’s designed for fun without any mess or harm!
How Long Does the Foam Last?๐ซง
Once the foam cannon is turned off, the foam will naturally dissipate within about 45 minutes. If needed, it can be rinsed away easily with water.
Is Cleanup Difficult?๐ซง
Not at all! Foam disappears on its own, and any remaining bubbles can be washed away with a hose or left to evaporate. It won’t stain clothes, grass, or surfaces.
